I’d like to offer a class series after the Winter Holidays. Can you help me to spread the word when the time comes? The series is called: The Integrated Life and the focus is on teaching the community how to better help themselves thru various exercise classes, and how Alternative Health Care can improve their quality of life. Guest Speakers will include: a Life Coach, an Accupuncturist, a Yoga Teacher, a Tai Chi Teacher, a Naturopath and a Homeopath.
